These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to purchases of goods on iconhair.online for delivery to all countries except Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands.
Icon Hair reserves the right to verify the buyer’s creditworthiness prior to delivery of the goods. The buyer’s basic information is registered in Icon Hair’s customer database.
All prices are listed in Euro, and Icon Hair reserves the right to adjust prices.
Payment
Invoices are issued for all orders.
Credit terms appear in the distributor contract.
The customer is responsible for making payment directly to Icon Hair A/S.
Freight and Delivery
Freight prices are calculated individually for each order and depend on the volume and weight of the goods, the destination country, and any handling of dangerous goods. As freight costs vary based on these factors, a fixed freight price cannot be provided in these terms and conditions.
If Icon Hair A/S handles the booking of delivery, the following terms apply:
- Delivery within EU countries: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – meaning we take full responsibility for freight, risk, delivery, and any customs/duty-related costs.'
- Delivery to countries outside the EU: DAP (Delivered At Place) – meaning we deliver to the customer’s address, but the customer is responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import charges.
- Deliveries not booked by Icon Hair A/S are delivered EXW (Ex Works) – meaning we make the goods available for pickup at our address. The buyer is thereafter responsible for collection, loading, documentation, transport, insurance, import costs, and any damage during shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For orders containing dangerous goods, a documentation execution fee of 55 Euro will be added.
Icon Hair prepares IMO documentation for all dangerous goods shipments unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering.
All orders are subject to an energy surcharge of 6.66 Euro and a Euro pallet deposit of 13.45 Euro per pallet.
A minimum packing time of 2 weeks should be expected for pallet orders. Longer processing times may occur during peak seasons; this will be communicated at the time of ordering.
Right of Withdrawal
As a distributor, you have a 1‑day right of withdrawal when purchasing from us.
This period means you have 1 day from the order confirmation to notify us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. Goods that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
You must send an email to sales@iconhair.dk if you wish to withdraw your purchase.
You cannot withdraw by refusing to accept the goods.
No Right of Withdrawal
The following agreements cannot be cancelled:
- Delivery of furniture or other goods specially ordered for you,
- Delivery of goods manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized,
- Agreements for specific urgent repair or maintenance work at your request,
- Agreements regarding courses or travel when the date or period has been agreed.
Right to Complain (Warranty)
When purchasing from us as a distributor, the following rules apply.
The complaint period is 1 month.
If your complaint is justified, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation.
You must notify us within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect.
When submitting a complaint, please provide a detailed description of the issue.
Always state the batch number of the product concerned.
(Furniture and accessories do not have batch numbers.)
Privacy Policy
We require the following information when you purchase from us:
Distributor name, owner’s name, address, phone number, VAT number, and email address.
We register and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the goods to you.
We also cooperate with various companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors located within the EU or in countries that can ensure an adequate level of protection.
You have the right to know which information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your data if you request it — for example, if it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
You may also contact us if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully.

Contract
“The distributor contract applies. If any provisions in the contract differ from these terms and conditions, the contract shall prevail.”
